Incorrect 3 Volt Battery Supplied
I recently ordered a replacement battery for a Dog Obedience Collar (CANICOM).
You sent me a replacement which was a 3Volt Battery but it was too large to fit in the collar.
I am very daisappointed that your sytem of product identification is so vague that such an error is possible! The cost of postage would deter me from returning the battery so I am still unable to start reusing the collar to improve my dog's obedience.
